1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and adds96 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the adds96 website located at https://adds96.com and all associated services, products, features, games, betting markets, payment facilities, and promotional programmes offered therein.

By accessing the adds96 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the adds96 platform and should close this page immediately.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms published alongside individual promotional offers, constitute the entire agreement between you and adds96 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the adds96 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of these conditions at all times during your use of adds96.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or claim any bonus on the adds96 platform. This is an absolute and non-negotiable requirement. adds96 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account identified as belonging to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Deposits made by an underage player are not eligible for return as bonus funds.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The adds96 platform is designed and operated for the Bangladesh market. 2.3 Capacity to Contract

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Bangladesh. Individuals who are subject to self-exclusion orders, voluntary or mandatory exclusion from gambling platforms, or any judicial restriction on gambling activity are not eligible to register or maintain an account on adds96.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the adds96 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or different contact details — is strictly prohibited. adds96 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances or bonuses accrued across those accounts may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of adds96 services — including placing wagers and making withdrawals — you are required to register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be asked to provide the following information:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your National ID or passport)
• Date of birth (to verify you are 18 years of age or older)
• Mobile phone number (used as your primary contact and for OTP verification)
• Email address (used for account communications and recovery)
• Preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard)
• A secure password of your own choosing

All information provided must be truthful and must relate to you personally. You may not register on behalf of another individual or using another person's identity or contact details.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

adds96 is required to verify the identity of players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may also be requested at any other point during your use of the platform. Accepted verification documents include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid passport
• Driver's licence issued by BRTA

In addition to identity verification, adds96 may request proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) and proof of payment method (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account screen showing your registered number). Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable time of being requested will result in withdrawal holds and may ultimately result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your adds96 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. adds96 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other support channel. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in — or using your correct credentials — is your sole responsibility. 3.4 Account Updates

You must keep your account information up to date. If your mobile number, email address, or payment method changes, you must update your account details promptly. adds96 is not responsible for failed communications or payment errors arising from outdated account information.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the adds96 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). adds96 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location and account status.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount for mobile wallet transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. The minimum deposit for card transactions (Visa, Mastercard) is ৳500. adds96 charges no platform fee on any deposit transaction. Deposits via mobile wallet are typically credited to your adds96 account within 60 seconds of a successful transaction. 4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed by the adds96 payments team in writing. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for all payment methods. There is no platform fee on mobile wallet withdrawals. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Under 20 minutes in most cases, subject to KYC status
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–5 business days, subject to standard bank processing times

Withdrawals above ৳10,000 require National ID verification to be completed before the withdrawal is released. This is a security measure designed to protect players from account takeover fraud.

4.3 Failed and Disputed Transactions

If a deposit transaction appears to have been deducted from your mobile wallet but has not been credited to your adds96 account, do not re-initiate the transaction. 4.4 Currency

All balances, wagers, and payouts on the adds96 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform interface to represent BDT amounts. adds96 does not support multi-currency accounts.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

adds96 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by adds96 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the offer terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period of the bonus will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited automatically.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to players who have completed the full registration and, where applicable, KYC verification process. Some bonuses are restricted to players who have not previously claimed a specific offer. adds96 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on player history, deposit method, or geographic location at its discretion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Colluding with other players to artificially complete wagering requirements

Where bonus abuse is detected, adds96 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, suspend the account, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds are held in a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings that have been converted from bonus funds through the completion of applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Real money deposits are not locked behind wagering requirements unless you have opted into a bonus that combines the deposit and bonus into a single wagering calculation — in which case the specific offer terms will state this clearly before you activate the bonus.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on the adds96 platform operate according to the rules published within the game or market itself, in addition to the general rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game.

6.1 Fair Play

adds96 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. These studios are subject to independent testing and certification by recognised testing laboratories. adds96 does not alter the outcome of any game. 6.2 Void Bets

adds96 reserves the right to void any bet or wager in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on a market that was created or settled in error
• A technical error or software fault affected the outcome of the game or market
• The event to which the bet relates was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined
• Odds or game parameters were displayed incorrectly due to a pricing error
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms

Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance in full.

6.3 Prohibited Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited on the adds96 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting bots, scripts, or any software designed to place wagers without direct human input
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or loopholes to generate winnings that would not occur under normal operating conditions
• Collusion between two or more players to manipulate the outcome of a game or market
• Money laundering — using the adds96 platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds of criminal origin
• Placing wagers on behalf of another person, or accepting wagers from third parties through your account

6.4 Live Sports Betting

In-play (live) betting on cricket and other sports is subject to the availability of real-time data feeds. adds96 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time if the integrity of the data feed cannot be guaranteed. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned. Cricket betting covers BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, subject to scheduling and data availability.

7. Responsible Gaming

adds96 takes its commitment to responsible gaming seriously. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we are committed to providing every player with the tools they need to stay in control of their activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and are binding on both adds96 and its players.

7.1 Self-Management Tools

Every adds96 account includes the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

adds96 commits to the following responsible gaming obligations:

• We will never target promotional materials at players who have activated any self-exclusion or account limit
• We will process all self-exclusion requests within 24 hours of receipt
• We will provide responsible gaming tools free of charge and without penalty to bonus status
• We will display prominent 18+ reminders on all key pages of the platform

8. Account Suspension & Closure

adds96 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances described in this section. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player, any balances associated with improperly obtained bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

8.1 Closure by adds96

adds96 may suspend or close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has provided false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct rules in Section 6
• adds96 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform
• The player has registered a duplicate account
• Continued operation of the account would expose adds96 or its partners to legal or regulatory risk

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email within 48 hours. Where closure is warranted, any legitimate funds held in the account (i.e., real-money deposits not subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

8.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request closure of their adds96 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing, any outstanding real-money balance should be withdrawn. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened by contacting support, subject to the player not being under any self-exclusion restriction at the time of the reopening request.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. adds96 will attempt to notify the account holder at their registered email address before applying any dormancy handling. A monthly administrative fee may be applied to dormant accounts after the 12-month dormancy period, in accordance with adds96's prevailing dormancy policy. The balance of a dormant account will not fall below zero as a result of dormancy fees.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, adds96's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall be limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. adds96 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes adds96's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

8.5 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming activities as they apply to Bangladesh-based players. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation with the adds96 support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in the first instance. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
